trial session ?Give it a trial! A personal training, anamnesis and welcome chat for 20,- € per hour. We provide mats, water and tee. All you need is your comfortable atheletic wear (like leggings) and a pair of socks.
booking?Booking of privates, semi-privates (Solo, Duo) and personal trial sessions by appointment. Booking of trio and mat group classes via online booking system after having bought a package. We kindly ask to book sessions at least 24hours before the class and recommend to book regular appointments some weeks in advance. Of course sometimes it just works flexible, in this case give us a call or send a message.
payment?Payment in cash or bank transfer (prefered). Please choose either a single session of mat solo, duo or trio or the package of your interest (10, 20 or 40 classes) and transfer the amount to the bank account below:

cancellation polic?There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all scheduled appointments and group classes. If you fail to cancel within this period, you will be charged the full amount. Please understand that we must enforce this policy strictly. Our instructors are compensated on a per-client basis and have made a time commitment to our studio. We thank you for respecting this policy. There are no exceptions.
extend credit?Credit will automaticly be extended with the payment of a new package. Otherwise credit can be extended for 4 weeks by a fee of 15,- € or 3 month for 25,- €. Renewals can be only be made within 3 month after the expiration date of the package. (card of 10-3 month, 20-6 month, 40-12 month)
what to wear?Please wear comfortbale athletic wear free of buttons and zippers. Close fitting tops and bottoms (leggings) are recommendable. You do not need shoes. We ask you to wear Socks because of hygienic reasons.
own mat/towel/bottle of water?You do not have to bring an own mat, towel or bottle of water. We follow high hygienic standarts and clean the equipment after each session. Cold and warm drinks are provided at any season of the year.
changing room & bathroom?We offer two changing areas and a bathroom with a shower.
routine?Continuity is key in Pilates! Twice per week is great, three times is better, one time is fine.
I’ve done Pilates before. Do I need to take Beginner class? Absolutely. Private sessions and beginner classes are the foundation of your Pilates practice. Our group classes employ the unique Pilates equipment, and we need to show you how to use it!
