Pregnancy Pilates is suitable for women who have been
pregnant for more than 12 weeks. Postnatal Pilates should be
at least 3 month after giving birth. The training is specifically suited to
pregnancy considering typical aches and pains while strenghtening
the core plus stretching the body.
Pilates during and after pregnancy is training for the abdominals, the core including the back and pelvisfloor, supported by breathing techniques.
